The Galactic Party CD release is very important to us. This is Alpha Channel's third album, and first since 2009. After the first two successful albums - 2008's "Eject!' and 2009's "Beta Release"- the band (A-Drive and the Square Root of X) sat down and tried to figure out what would make this next album our most epic cosmic release. What ensued is 3+ years of off and on recording sessions & experimentation with different gear. We kept the tracks we wanted and ditched others. In some cases, songs came to life 2 years after it was initially recorded. This is a very personal album about life on Saturn. You'll learn about our upbringing, our high school, the gang life, the dark side and the recreational side of our home planet. We hope you share the same enthusiasm we do about our music.
